Payment and Policies

Payment:

 The cost of tuition is $350 on or before June 2nd, 2024. The cost increases to $400 on June 3rd, 2024. The tuition includes daily lunches, a t-shirt, and specialized instruction from some of the top brass educators in the metroplex. 

A $125 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration. You will also have the option to pay in full at this time. Payment in full must be made on or before Monday, June 17th, 2024, one week before the first day of camp. 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made on or before Monday, June 17th will receive refunds for any tuition paid, minus the $125 non-refundable deposit. There will be no refunds given for cancellations made after Monday, June 17th. If you need to cancel your registration, please email centerstagebrasscamp@gmail.com on or before June 17th, 2024. 

If a camper chooses to leave camp early and/or is dismissed from camp for any reason, no refunds can be granted. Campers and their parent/guardians are responsible for any and all costs of an early departure, be it for personal, medical, behavioral, or other reasons. These costs include, but are not limited to the costs of medical evacuation, transportation, medical treatment, accommodations, meals, and any other expenses incurred by staff that may accompany a student in these circumstances. 

Tuition:

Early Registration (on or before June 2nd): $350

Normal Registration (June 2nd - June 17th): $400

Allergies and Medication 

In the event that a camper needs immediate medical attention, Center Stage Brass must be aware of any medical conditions and food and drug allergies. Therefore, Campers must list all relevant medical conditions and food and drug allergies on the registration form. All food provided by Center Stage Brass will be free of allergens listed on the application. Staff will have a list of allergies and emergency contacts throughout the week.

Behavioral Expectations:

All persons attending the Center Stage Brass Summer Brass Camp, including students and staff,​ will be held to the highest behavioral standards. Any actions considered unprofessional by the Camp Director will be grounds for immediate dismissal from camp. Tuition will not be refunded if a student is dismissed. 

COVID-19 Policies:

The Center Stage Brass Summer Camp will follow the COVID-19 protocols of Lamb of God Lutheran Church Flower Mound. Center Stage Brass will not discriminate nor treat anyone differently based on their decision to wear or not to wear a mask.
